Murphy was talking about how at sea level gravity pushes down 14.7 lbs, but we push out 14.7 lbs to equalize that preasure. So he put a ball in Judd's hand and we talked about how if we didn't push back 14.7 lbs Judd would have took a tumble.

I am holding a 10lb ball. If there wasn’t 14.7 pounds pushing out I would probably drop the ball. Since there is 14.7 pounds pushing in and out I didn’t drop the ball.
In this picture Judd Nelson is holding a medicine ball. Why? Because here we were talking about density. Density is the mass in the object. ( mass is the weight of something) If Judd drops the ball the density (the mass) in the ball will fall.
