Let's take a break and get energized!

Directions

Step 1

Keep a beat and move on the beat to the next box. If the letter in the box is an "L" raise your left hand. Raise your right hand if the letter is an "R".

Step 2

The same rules for step one apply. However, this time, in addition to raising your hand, you stand if the letter is a capital and sit if it is lowercase.

Step 3

The same rules for step one and two apply. However, in addition to raising your hand and standing or sitting based on the case of the letter, if there is a "," in the box, it means the opposite is true for the sit down and stand up rule. For example, if the box says "r," then you raise your right hand and stand up even though the "r" is lowercase.
